30 Minute Embodiment Session
A space for what’s been waiting to be felt…….
A FREE 30-minute embodied session to gently touch the place inside you that’s asking for attention-
grief, pleasure, shame, rage, or something you can’t yet name.
This is not coddling.
This is not advice.
This is a felt experience.
What We’ll Explore (One Focus Only)
Together we’ll choose one place to stay with, such as:
Grief that hasn’t had space
Rage held in the chest, jaw, or womb
Shame stored in the body
Pleasure you don’t fully let yourself receive
A boundary your body is asking for
This is not about doing more.
It’s about listening.
What You’ll Receive
In 30 minutes, you may experience:
A felt sense of being met without judgment
More sensation, breath, or softness in the body
Clarity about what’s actually present beneath the story
A glimpse of how your body wants to be supported
A sense of whether deeper work together feels aligned
What This Session Is
This is a short, intentional container designed to:
Slow you down
Bring you into your body
Touch one specific emotional or somatic edge
Let that place be seen, felt, and met; without fixing or forcing
We follow the body.
We listen to sensation.
We stay with what’s true.
What This Session Is Not
To keep this space clean and safe, this is not:
A full trauma-processing session
Therapy or diagnosis
A guarantee of long-term work together
It is an introduction; to you, to your body, and to how I work.
What Sets My Sessions Apart -
(from other “embodiment coaches”)
My work is rooted in staying with what’s real-grief, rage, shame, and pleasure; through somatic presence, nervous-system safety, and deep trust in the body’s intelligence. I hold spaces where intensity doesn’t have to be fixed, softness doesn’t mean collapse, and the full spectrum of the woman experience is welcome.
I Work With the Places People Usually Avoid
Most embodiment work focuses on feeling good. My work stays with what’s uncomfortable, taboo, or exiled:
I don’t rush people into “regulation” or bypass the dark. You know that aliveness lives on the other side of what’s been avoided.
My edge: I can hold emotional intensity without needing to fix, soothe, or spiritualize it away.
I Create Safety Without Containment That Suffocates
Some spaces feel unsafe because they’re chaotic.
Others feel “safe” because they’re over-structured.
My containers do something rare: They are structured enough to feel held and open enough to let truth breathe.
My edge: I trust the body’s intelligence more than rigid frameworks.
I Meet the Body Before the Story
Many coaches start with narratives, analysis, or mindset. I start with:
breath
sensation
tone
pace
where energy lives in the body
The story comes after the body has spoken. This allows:
less overwhelm
less re-traumatization
deeper, truer insight
My edge: I work somatically first-not cognitively; which creates real, lasting shifts.
I Hold the Full Spectrum of Woman Experience
I don’t specialize in just one frequency. I can hold:
softness and ferocity
mothering and erotic life force
devotion and sovereignty
grief and pleasure
I don’t ask people to fragment themselves to belong in your space.
My edge: I can hold paradox; and that lets others become whole.
