A Mother’s RAGE

Register

For the mothers who hold resentment in their bones. In their wombs. In their lineage. This is a space for the anger you were never allowed to have.

About the Event

A Mother’s Rage is a deep, potent embodiment container for mothers who feel resentment, rage, grief, and exhaustion living inside their bodies — often buried beneath devotion, responsibility, and love.

This resentment may come from:

  • Generations of women before you

  • Boundaries crossed again and again

  • Never having enough time, space, or support

  • Being expected to be endlessly grateful, soft, and self-sacrificing

  • Being told your anger makes you a “bad mother”

In this space, we name the truth:

Rage does not mean you don’t love your children.
Rage does not mean you aren’t grateful.
Rage does not cancel tenderness, devotion, or kindness.

Rage is often the voice of love that has been ignored.

❋ Who This is For

This ceremony is for mothers who:

  • Feel resentment they’re afraid to admit.

  • Carry anger toward systems, partners, families, or society.

  • Love their children deeply and feel exhausted, touched-out, or unseen.

  • Are ready to stop abandoning themselves.

  • Want a safe, embodied space to feel what’s real.

❋ What we will explore Together

In this 2.5-hour ceremonial container, we will gently and powerfully explore:

  • The embodied sensation of rage, resentment, and fire in the body.

  • Lineage-based anger passed down through mothers and grandmothers.

  • Where you’ve been bending, shrinking, or people-pleasing.

  • Boundaries that were crossed, or never existed.

  • The grief of always caring for others while neglecting yourself.

  • Reclaiming your right to take up space.

This is about protecting yourself as much as protecting your children.

SAve your spot

We are here to fight for what we love. We are here to protect what matters. We are here to stand-together. Because mothers are what makes everything worth fighting for.

Why This Matters

Mothers matter.

Your body matters.
Your anger matters.
Your needs matter.

You are not here to disappear in service of everyone else.
You are not here to be endlessly accommodating.
You are not here to swallow your fire.

We are what makes the world go round.

And in this space:

  • The rage rises

  • The body remembers

  • The spine straightens

  • The mother stands

Not against her children —
but for herself..

What This Space Is (and Is Not)

This is not a space to shame motherhood.
This is not a space to bypass gratitude.
This is not about blaming our children.

This is a space to:

  • Be fully seen in your anger, complaints, resentment, and grief

  • Unravel the parts of yourself you’ve learned to hide

  • Release the pressure to always be soft, patient, and accommodating

  • Reclaim your protective, fierce, instinctual mother energy

Society tells mothers:

“You’re not allowed to be angry.”

This space says:

Your anger is sacred.

This ceremony offers rage a home.

Not to explode unchecked —
but to be felt, met, and moved through the body with intention, presence, and care.

Because rage that is witnessed becomes clarity.
Rage that is honored becomes boundaries.
Rage that is embodied becomes power.

Why This Work Is Necessary

Most mothers are carrying rage silently.

It lives in clenched jaws.
In tight hips.
In shallow breath.
In exhaustion that never fully lifts.

When rage has nowhere to go, it turns inward:

  • Into guilt

  • Into shame

  • Into numbness

  • Into resentment toward ourselves

The Truth About Mother Rage

Mothers carry a protective, primal force.

We are wired to protect our children — and protection does not always look gentle.
It looks like fire.
It looks like boundaries.
It looks like energy rising in the body.

Your rage exists because:

  • You love deeply

  • You care fiercely

  • Something precious matters

Underneath the anger is devotion.
Underneath the fire is love.

Mothering Yourself

At the core of this work is the remembering:

You are still someone’s child.

You are a grown woman — a grown mother — caring for everyone else.
And there is an inner child within you who still longs to be held, protected, and chosen.

In this space, we:

  • Mother our inner children

  • Offer ourselves the care no one else can

  • Learn how to stand for ourselves without guilt

This is not selfish.
This is survival.
This is sovereignty.

About your Guide-Maressa Lynne

I’m a mother, embodiment mentor, and space-holder devoted to creating containers where the parts of us that have been silenced, shamed, or suppressed can finally breathe. My work is rooted in the body-not bypassing anger, grief, or rage, but honoring them as intelligent, protective forces. I draw from years of study and lived experience in embodiment, trauma-aware practices, meditation, and somatic work, alongside my own journey through a separation, single motherhood, and deep personal reclamation.

What I offer is not fixing or spiritualizing pain-it is presence, capacity, and nervous-system safety. I hold spaces where women can be fully seen in their fire and their tenderness, without judgment or urgency to change. My role is to witness, to guide, and to protect the integrity of the container so that what has been carried alone-especially by mothers-can finally be felt, expressed, and integrated.
