1:1 Private Sessions
One Month or Three Week Intensive Virtual or In Person
Work With Me Privately
Embodiment. Attunement. Deep Presence.
Private containers for women ready to meet their bodies honestly-without force, fixing, or performance.
This work is slow, relational, and led by the nervous system.
It’s for women who are done circling the same patterns and ready to feel again-safely.
Below are two different options to work with me-
Private Embodiment Container (only 4 spots per month)
$777 | 1 Month
For women seeking steady, embodied support and integration.
This one-month private container is a deeply held space to come home to your body with consistency and care. Together, we work with one core edge that’s asking for your attention-allowing change to emerge from sensation rather than pressure.
This is not mindset coaching or surface-level practices.
It’s slow, attuned embodiment where your body sets the pace.
This container supports you in working with:
Shame & self-judgment
Boundaries & self-trust
Grief & emotional processing
Desire & aliveness
Pleasure & nervous-system expansion
What’s included:
4 weekly 75-minute private sessions (1:1 on Zoom)
Voice-note support between sessions for integration
Personalized somatic practices tailored to your body and nervous system
This container is for you if:
You want depth without overwhelm.
You value relational safety and consistency.
You’re ready to feel more without forcing transformation.
This is deep but contained work-designed to support change without burnout.
Embodied Threshold (Private Intensive)
$1,200 | 2 spots only
For women standing at a life threshold.
Embodied Threshold is a short-term, high-touch private intensive for moments when something is ending, beginning, or asking to be met honestly-a breakup, identity shift, grief passage, desire awakening, or major decision point.
This container offers depth and momentum, with close support as things move.
What’s included:
3 private 90-minute embodiment sessions (within 3 weeks)
Daily voice-note support (Monday–Friday)
One custom embodiment ritual designed specifically for your transition
Final integration call to support grounding and closure
This intensive is for you if:
You’re in active transition and need focused support
You want clarity that comes from the body, not analysis
You’re ready for potent, contained depth
This is not ongoing coaching-it’s a threshold container designed for alchemy and integration.
How This Work Is Held
You are always in choice
Nothing is forced or performed
The body leads-not timelines or expectations
This is not therapy, and it is not a quick fix.
It is an intimate, embodied partnership.
Meet your Guide-Maressa Lynne
I didn’t arrive at this work through a certification alone. I arrived here through lived experience-through seasons of survival, single motherhood, financial insecurity, relational trauma, and the quiet, relentless work of rebuilding myself from the inside out. There was a time when my body felt like something to escape rather than inhabit. Healing wasn’t a concept for me-it was a necessity.
Over years of devotion, I turned toward my body instead of away from it. I immersed myself in meditation, somatic practice, trauma-informed psychology, yoga, Tantra, and consciousness studies-not to bypass pain, but to learn how to stay. I learned how shame lodges in the tissues, how desire goes quiet when safety is missing, and how aliveness returns when the nervous system finally feels met. This work taught me how to listen to the body’s intelligence and trust it again.
Today, I hold space as a guide, not a fixer. My role is to walk beside you as you reconnect with your own inner authority-your boundaries, your truth, your pleasure, your grief, your yes and your no. I work slowly, intentionally, and with deep respect for your pacing. Nothing is forced here. Everything is invitational.
These 1:1 sessions are for those who are ready to meet themselves honestly-to soften where they’ve armored, to feel where they’ve numbed, and to reclaim the parts of themselves that learned to hide in order to survive. If you’re seeking a space that is grounded, compassionate, and rooted in real transformation-not performance-this work may be for you.
