Through embodiment practices, the mind and body connect; finding a relationship between your thought patterns and physical sensations in the body.
I use guided meditation; intentional movement; the breath; asana & kundalini yoga; awareness of thought patterns; and guided imagery to connect mind, body, and soul.
You may be feeling disconnected from your body, stuck in your head. Through learning the tools and receiving guided support, life begins to feel peaceful, pleasurable, and worth living.
